Ossipee Mountaineers Snowmobile Club
**NOTE** In 1987 the Ossipee Mountaineers entered into a long term lease agreement with the town of Waterboro on a parcel of land located next to Friendship Park in East Waterboro. This parcel of land is located directly on ITS89. Thru fundraising efforts, donations and alot of hard work, members built the clubhouse that is currently the home of the Ossipee Mountaineers. While the club still leases the land from the town, the clubhouse is owned and maintained by the club.
Located on Old Alfred Rd.,
in East Waterboro, the Ossipee Mountaineers clubhouse is opened for warmth,
refreshments and restrooms to all snowmobilers riding through our
area on
weekends during the riding season. There is ample parking for riders
wishing to trailer to the clubhouse and parking is free and open to all riders.
The clubhouse is available to rent for a variety of functions including birthday parties, family gatherings, bridal and baby showers and weddings. Large enough to accommodate groups of up to 80, the club features a fully functional kitchen with a propane commercial grade Vulcan stove, handicap access and plenty of parking.
